Hendrik Schwab brings an exciting combination of economic education and industry knowledge. Familiar with the world of the lime industry from an early age, he initially ventured into the financial world. After training as a banker, he pursued a degree in International Management before returning to the family business in 2021.
His time in the financial sector gave him a deep understanding of business processes, which he now uses to optimise the organisational and logistical workflows. International travels in his youth have broadened his cultural horizons and facilitate his perception of global market demands. This is more important today than ever.
Although his career began outside the company, he was always drawn back to lime burning. Returning to the family business was a logical step to apply his skills and experiences and actively shape the company’s future. With fresh energy and new perspectives, he takes on his responsibilities.

Harald Schwab
Harald Schwab first encountered the world of lime in 1980 while working at the then world market leader for lining lime kilns of all types, Didier Werke. His passion was ignited, and he remained dedicated to the field. Today, he is considered an established lime kiln expert, familiar with every kiln type in nearly every country.
Shortly after a career change in 1990, he founded his own company in Dannenfels, in collaboration with Möller Feuerungsbau in Lemgo, with which he became a leader in refractory technology for lime shaft kilns. Over the years, he has driven and established numerous innovations and develop ments that remain valid today. Wherever lime is involved, Harry Schwab is an indispensable figure and is accordingly well-connected.
With his extensive technical expertise and decades of experience, he has shaped the industry and developed innovative solutions. His passion for precision and quality is the foundation of his success and will continue to be a central part of our company philosophy.
